The provider shall review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed. The provider shall document in writing each review and update to the emergency plan. The last documented review of the emergency plan was conducted over 17 months ago.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. Within the past year, an evacuation drill (fire drill) was not conducted for each month. Some months had listed only either a lockdown drill or a shelter-in-place drill.
