Caregiver #2 has been hired for more than 2 months and did not have a Report of Tuberculosis screening on record. Caregiver #3 has been hired for more than 2 weeks and did not have a Report of Tuberculosis screening on record.

Small electrical appliances such as, but not limited to, curling irons, toasters, blenders, can openers, and irons shall be unplugged. There was a curling iron plugged in, in the bathroom in the childcare area in the basement.
