Areas and furnishings of the family day home, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition. 1. Peeling paint was found on the wall in the area where the cribs are located and on the wall with the thermostat. 2. Standing water was found on a small plastic chair and box in the outside patio where children were observed playing. A child was observed playing with the water.
