In the preschool bathroom, the cleaning solution and sanitizing solution were in an unlocked cabinet, out of reach of children. In the toddler classroom, a can of air freshener was on the changing table unlocked, out of reach of children.

Children's hands are to be washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes before and after eating meals or snacks. Children in the preschool classroom did not wash hands before sitting down to eat lunch. Children washed hands and returned to the carpet area to read books and play.
