In room A there was a section of metal near the handwashing sink that has areas of rust and chipping and peeling paint and an area on the wall near the entrance to the bathroom has chipping and peeling paint.

The resilient surfacing for the base of the slide chutes on the composite piece measured between 2-3 and a minimum of 6 inches is required.
