The handlebars of two the scooter bikes were missing on the playground area accessible to children during outdoor activity. Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A container of disinfectant and dish washing liquid with the warning labels, "keep out of reach of children," were unlocked on the shelf in the kitchen area, the kitchen doors were unlocked and accessible to children in care.
