The laundry room/ storage room was left open there was a bucket of clothes detergent on the floor and there was unlocked cabinet with hazardous substances. In the three to five year old room, under one of the two sinks there was cleaner that had keep out of reach and warning. In the main open space, there was a unlocked cabinet with disinfectant aerosol spray.
