At least one staff in each classroom or area where children are present shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children in care from an organization such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, or National Safety Council. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration. Staff #4, who was observed alone with a group of four two-year-olds, had documentation of CPR certification; however, the training did not have an in-person competency demonstration.

Child A has emergency medication that is missing an prescription medication label that includes the child's name, the name of the medication, the dosage amount, and the time or times to be given.
