The laundry room door located in the two year old classroom was not locked, sanitizing solution and paint were within reach of children.

Each restroom area provided for children shall have sinks located near the toilets and that are supplied with running warm water that does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. In the three year old classroom and the two year old classroom, the warm water temperature was approximately 137 degrees Fahrenheit.

The diapering area shall have a sink with running warm water not to exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The sinks located in the diapering areas in the Infant classrooms, used to wash infants hands, were approximately 134 degrees Fahrenheit.
