The provider did not have a foot operated storage system for disposal of soiled diapers and wipes.

The vendor must maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Child#1's attendance record did not document arrival and departure times.

A first aid kit must contain the minimum emergency supplies and be accessible in the family day home, wherever children are in care. The first aid kit was missing adhesive tape.
