The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-8(2) (a)-(c) by not ensuring that an online background check and fingerprints were completed for household members over the age of 18. At the time of the inspection, there were two household members who hadn't submitted a background check and fingerprints. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 5/21/2025. During an inspection, the investigator determined that one caregiver, who was onsite and involved in the child care program, did not have an eligible background clearance.
