    The provider was out of compliance with rule R381-100-11(6)(c)(e) by not ensuring that when video cameras are used to supervise napping children the camera is positioned so the staff member can see and hear the children and there is an open door without a barrier between the napping room and the non-napping room. In the napping room, there was not a caregiver in the room, the door was closed, and the camera was not positioned so that the caregiver could see the children. Inspection: Announced, Annual Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On May 8, 2026, the licensor verified a caregiver went into the napping room to provider active supervision as stated in rule.
