During an inspection on 1/29/2026, the investigator identified that a school-age child was transported to the incorrect elementary school. This resulted in the child walking away from the school premises without supervision. Inspection: Complaint, Investigation Inspection. Civil money penalty: $200. Correction status: Manager approval, no follow up needed. Correction action: The licensor verified that the child was found and returned to their parent. The center has implemented a check off list for drop off and pick ups, to ensure is transported to the correct school.
