At the facility, there was a 17 year old caregiver who was left alone unsupervised with a child when there was no director or director designee physically present and available as needed. Correction action: On 10/7/2024, the licensor verified that the director designees both came back to the facility so that the 17 year old caregiver was no longer left unsupervised at the facility with the child without a director or director designee present as stated in rule.
