In the kitchen, there were small screws/button cell batteries. In the living room, there were small tiles and geometric shape blocks on a shelf. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 6/6/2023, 12/6/2023, and 5/28/2024. Inspection: Unannounced, Annual Inspection. Repeat noncompliance. Civil money penalty: $300. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On June 12, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee made choking hazards inaccessible to children as stated in rule.
