At the time of the inspection, the plan did not include the required instructions. Inspection: Unannounced, Annual Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On August 4, 2025, the licensor reviewed an email sent by the provider that included the emergency, response, and recovery plan which included instructions to follow if there is an allergy or serious reaction to food as stated in rule.
