The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-7(15)(a)-(c) by not having the required documentation. During the inspection, the Licensee did not have current CPR and 1st Aid certification. This was a repeat noncompliance as noted on 10/29/2024. Inspection: Unannounced, Annual Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On July 28, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee had current First aid and CPR certification as stated in rule.

R430-90-10(3)(a)-(c) — Number of children younger than 2

The provider was out of compliance with this rule by caring for more than two children younger that 18 months old. At the time of the inspection there were three children younger than 18 months old. Inspection: Focus Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On 10/29/2024, the licensor verified the provider maintained ratios ensuring at least one provider for 3 children under age two as stated in rule.

R430-90-8(2)(a)-(d) — New covered individual background check

The provider was out of compliance with this rule by having an individual who had not been found eligible by CCL involved in child care. At the time of inspection there was a fourteen year old individual involved with child care that was not associated with the facility nor found eligible by CCL. Inspection: Focus Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On 10/29/2024, the licensor verified that the provider was present at the home while children are in care as stated in rule.
