In the school age room, the caregiver left the room to talk with another caregiver in the infant/toddler room leaving the children unsupervised. There was a 3 year old in the school-age room. The provider was out of compliance with R381-100-9(7) by not not ensuring that windows and glass doors within 36 inches from the floor were made of safety or tempered glass, or had a protective guard. At the time of the inspection, the glass doors and surrounding windows of the front vestibule that were not covered by furniture were not safety or tempered glass, and did not have safety guards in place.
