R430-90-7(2)(a)-(b) — Director designee requirements
The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-7(2)(a) for failing to ensure that before being left alone with a child, the provider designee completed OL's new provider training. During an investigation, the licensor determined that a caregiver was left alone with children when the trained provider designee left the facility to pick up their child from school. Inspection: Complaint, Focus Inspection. Correction status: Manager approval, no follow up needed. Correction action: On May 6, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee ensured that all provider designees have completed the OL's new provider training, and will ensure before being left alone with a child, any new provider designees will have completed OL's new provider training, as required by rule.
