During the on-site inspection, the investigator observed a staff member caring for children at the facility. The provider was out of compliance with Rule R430-90-3(1)(a-g) for failing to obtain a license prior to providing child care services. During an investigation it was observed that the provider had 12 kids receiving care in the provider’s home in the absence of the children’s parents. Inspection: Complaint, Investigation Inspection.
