In the toddler/2's room, the caregiver did not know the number of children in their care. This was a repeat rule noncompliance as noted on 9/20/2023, 10/12/2023, and 1/9/2025. Inspection: Unannounced, Annual Inspection. Repeat noncompliance. Civil money penalty: $400. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On 10/21/2025, the licensor verified that the caregiver recounted and then knew the number of children in their care as stated in rule.
