Licensing Consultant (LC) Melissa Odom has verified on 10/13/25 that an employee at the agency failed to complete one hour of the required Pre-Literacy/Literacy Annual training by the September 30, 2025, deadline. Throughout the year, the LC provided technical assistance (TA) and multiple reminders to support the timely completion of these mandatory trainings. Despite these efforts, the training requirements were not fulfilled by the required timeline. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The Director will have educators complete training quarterly, monitor the educator's progress, and verify any outstanding trainings with licensing consultant.

During an announced QRIS mointoring visit on 12/3/24 Licensing Counsulants (LC) Bonnie Alvarez and Melissa Odom observed a child in the bathroom in the gym unattended . Also the educator was observed leaving the play area in the gym and walking over to the eating area on the opposite side of the gym. During this time, her back was to the children and her focus was not on supervison of play time. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: A TAM referral will also be completed for supervision training to go along with the training the director plans to have with the staff.
