1240-04-01-.16 Physical Facilities
There is damage to the fencing on the school age playground. The environmentalist conducted an inspection on March 18, 2026 and noted the damage to the fence on the inspection as critical. As of April 14, 2026, the fence repairs had not been made. The agency is working working on getting the repairs complete — Visit: Technical Assistance,Other — Action taken: The Fencing company has been called to fix the fence. They will begin working on it on 4/16/26. Hopefully it will be finished on the 16th. If not, they will come back out and finish it. I will send pictures once the fence is fixed. The environmentalist conducted a reinspection on 4/20/26 and the repairs have been completed. The environmental inspection was approved and received by TDHS ON 4/20/26.
