No other items are allowed in a crib or pack n play with the infant. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: LC Ratliff had a conversation and gave TA on why nothing is to be in the crib or pack n play with an infant. LC had her remove the changing pad from the pack n play.
