During an unannounced visit to investigate a complaint that happened on June 5, 2025, stating nine (9) year nine-year-old child was left alone in the gym and later found wandering in the school's parking lot. Licensing Consultant (LC) Naomi Jones observed video footage from June 5, 2025, of educators Courtney Hudson and Noah Temple leaving a 9-year-old child behind in the gym while other children went outside to play. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency was cited for a violation because (9) nine year nine-year-old child was left unsupervised in the gym, while other children were taken outside for play time. The child was found later by school staff and returned to the camp area. The agency was cited for lack of supervision.
