During a visit on 5/29/2026, a classroom was outside and educators did not know how many children were in their room. Educators told LC they had a 2:12 ratio when they had 14 children. Friday 3/6, staff members had a verbal altercation. During a visit on 3/9/2026, LC could hear an educator from another room yelling at a child to lie down during naptime. Management will do walk throughs every 30 minutes to ensure aggression does not occure.
