A crib was observed being used to prop open a classroom door for ventilation, presenting a safety hazard and is not an appropriate use of equipment. The program should ensure that cribs are used only for their intended purpose and implement a safe, approved method for ventilation. — Visit: Safety Plan Monitoring,Complaint Investigation,Incident or Injury Investigation — Action taken: The agency will no longer use cribs to prop open the classroom door for ventilation and an HVAC company will be working to make repairs to the heating and air system.
