During a unannounced QRIS visit LC also investigated a complaint after LC read Goggle reviews it was determined that confidential family information was posted on google. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: I will speak the truth in a professional manner. I will continue to respond to google reviews from parents who defames the quality childcare we provide just because they were released for not following policy and procedures. The responses will be professional and truthful.
