   Mealtime supervision lapses were observed in two classrooms. — Visit: Follow-up visit — Action taken: Following the lapse, the eductor immediately retruned to the table in the 3-4 classroom. Following the lapse of the educator leaving the toddler 2 room during mealtime, another educator entered the room, and removed the food from the table as one child was finishing her food. London Bridge Kids staff and director have independently participated in trainings and targeted technical assistance offered by CCR&R regarding Mealtime Supervision and Food Service. London Bridge Kids shall submit an individual mealtime supervision plan for each classroom by March 25, 2025. This plan shall include all mealtime procedures and include how staff changes and emergencies will be covered to ensure children are continuously supervised.
