    During review of video footage during a unannounced complaint investigation, LC Noel Powell observed a 2-year-old child was observed remaining in the classroom bathroom for an extended period of time without staff awareness while the classroom exited for a tornado drill. The child remained on or in the toileting area for longer than five minutes before being located by staff, which does not meet the required toileting supervision and time limits — Visit: Safety Plan Served — Action taken: Educators involved in this incident are currently on admin leave pending further review. The center will retrain educators on active supervision during drills.
