LC Collier observed that all staff did not complete annual training hours. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Director spoke with all staff regarding training hours. We have agreed to do a 6 month check in and a 30 day prior to annual review check in to make sure all training hours have been met. Director also asked LC if we could have a general summary of what training hours are expected annually in condensed "Typed out" version, as training required by childcare center staff is listed in more than one area in our licensure rules. At end of day, director reminded staff of self accountability. Do a 6 month and 30 day prior to annual licensure check in on training hours.
