LC observed an infant waking up from nap in the crib with a bib on and LC observed a child in a crib with blanket draped over the sides to block out the sunlight coming in from the door. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: One educator was terminated and the other educator was talked to by the director . All blankets were removed from the infant room.
