LC observed an expired EpiPen in a classroom, however the current EpiPen was present. Since the expired EpiPen was still present, this resulted in a violation. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Licensing Consultant had employees take the expired EpiPen to the office and have it ready to give back to the child's parents. LC went over medication policy and rules with the directors and asked directors to add a line on their medication form that is to be filled out when the medication is returned to the parent.
