During an unannounced visit on October 10, 2024, to investigate a complaint, Licensing Consultant (LC) Fox observed 23 children present at the agency with one educator. The educator was the only educator on site. The children ages were 18 months-5 years of age. Approximately ten minutes after LC Fox's arrival; an additional educator and the director arrived at the agency. — Visit: Technical Assistance,Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The agency's director and another educator arrived ten minutes after being notified that another educator had left the agency without prior notice. When the director and the educator arrived the agency was in compliance with ratio and grouping.
