Fire drills were not conducted from August to November 2025. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: The Director will continually plan and implement fire drills on a MONTHLY basis. The Director will make it a top priority to record and write down all drill information each month as drills are performed, fire included. The agency will continually perform fire drills monthly as required and the agency will ensure all staff are trained to understand the importance of fire drills on a regular basis for staff training and emergency readiness for all.
