During an unannounced complaint investigation visit made on 1-23-25, the Licensing Consultant observed the adult:child ratio to be 1:8 in the 12 - 30 months class with the one educator. There was no other educator in the class with her during my observation. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: LC spoke with the admin director and was assured that she would be monitoring this more closely. LC spoke with the admin. director about the importanc eof ratios being in compliance.
