While at an unannounced visit today, LC Walker observed the last fire drill conducted was done on 11/07/25 and the last other ER drill (tornado) was conducted on 12/16/25. This was corrected while LC Walker was on site and documented. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Area Director present onsite completed a fire drill in the presence of the LC Jennifer Walker and recorded the drill that day. Site Director for this location has been sent a memo reminding them of the expectations that drills must be completed monthly. While on-site, Area Director will check to verify that drills have been completed and documented appropriately. Area Director, along with other members of our leadership team, will conduct unannounced visits to ensure that these rules are being enforced. Any staff seen out of compliance will be reprimanded and retrained on proper techniques.
