It was noted that the staff member currently on duty has not conducted a fire drill since being hired. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Provider has scheduled a drill to be conducted by S&S Alarm on Friday, June 26, 2026, that will include all staff members. Provider also spoke with staff about what's expected during a drill, how it's to be properly done, and the procedures taken in case of a fire and during a drill on June 25th.
