Upon entering the building, LC observed Educator in the Little Deer classroom (ages 12- 24 months) picking up child from mat and changing the diaper. 1 child is asleep on another mat with covering and 3 children are seated at the table eating snack. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Director reports retraining Educators in mealtime supervision. The schedule in the Little Dear classroom has been slightly altered to give extra activity time for children to rest and others to play before snack time to help eliminate overlapping duties.
