During an unannounced QRIS visit LC observed agency not in compliance of Group Home ratios. There were 9 children present with only one educator. Licensing rules state that 2 educators need to be present when all children are not 3 years old. Another educator needed to be present. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit — Action taken: To correct this, I've increased the second caregiver's hours to ensure full coverage and compliance moving forward. We understand the requirement and are taking steps to ensure two staff are present when all children are in care not 3 years or older
