Children were eating snack, and the educator was cleaning up toys in the classroom and was not focused on the children eating. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The director will do training on mealtime supervision at their staff meeting on 6/19/26. Also, during the follow-up visit, the director had placed a table and chairs in the infant/toddler classroom to help with mealtime supervision with all children sitting at the same table.

Children were observed eating a snack and did not have their hands washed before and after snack. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The director will be doing training on hand washing before and after meals/snacks at their staff meeting on 6/19/26. Also, when the LC did her follow-up visit, all staff reported that they washed the children's hands and their own hands before and after meals/snacks.

A child was transitioned to a classroom too early. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The Director will review the ages of children in classrooms to make sure they are kept in compliance. Also, will do training with staff to ensure the ratio rules are undertood and follow them.
