During an announced QRIS visit, LC was conducting ratio checks when I observed that the Cleaver Crickets classroom was out of compliance with their age grouping. At the time of the ratio check, the classroom had ages 22 months to 36 months. When age grouping is set for 15 months to 30 months, in that classroom. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The Director has obtained all proper documentation and will ensure that any child who has a disability and requires accommodations has proper documentation on file. The director has also revised the age grouping within the specified classroom to 24 months—4 years.
