An educator was observed in the classroom grabbing a child's face and pushing them to the ground three times. As the child was walking away, the educator threw a wooden block at the child's head. The child was then seen going through the educator's personal bag on the table, when the educator hit the child on the side of her face with a rubber hammer. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency will continue implementing classroom monitoring, leadership walkthroughs, and ongoing supervision support within the center. Staff will complete training with CCR&R on June 2nd.
