An infant, age 10 months was placed on his stomach to sleep. Infants under the age of 12 months should be placed on their backs for safe sleep. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Additional training on safe sleep and its importance to be completed for all staff members annually as well as before any new staff start working in the classroom. Current infant room eductaors have received one-on-one safe sleep training with CCR&R.
