it was reported that children are shuffled to other classrooms to meet ratio requirements due to sending staff home. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Follow-up visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Management and Educators were made aware that children under 2.5 years of age (30 months) can not be combined. The agency have changed staff schedules to allow adequate staffing for an opener and closer in each toddler classroom to eliminate shuffling so children are staying in their assigned rooms all day. Staffing plans are being submitted weekly through Juy 25, 2025 to check compliance of staffig in classrooms.

Schedules are also being changed to ensure proper staffing. Staffing plans will be submitted weekly through July 25, 2025 to ensure there is adequate staffing.
