    During snack time, a child was jumping on to a beanbag chair unsafely on the other side of the room. The supervising educator left the snack table to go assists the chid. After ensuring the childs safety and redirecting the child, the educator then walked out of the classroom to put the beanbag chair away, leaving the children at the snack table and classroom as a whole unsupervisied. — Visit: Incident or Injury Investigation,Technical Assistance,Safety Plan Served — Action taken: The educator in question has been terminated at this time, and ongoing training is going to take place during the June Staff meeting.
