The agency has been made notifed by fire inspector and LC that deficiencies were found during the initial fire inspection and those deficiencies would need to be corrected. Agency has been reminded of deficienies needing correction on multiple occassions; To date deficiencies have still not been corrected, thus preventing approval for state fire inspection. — Visit: Safety Plan Monitoring,Technical Assistance — Action taken: LC discussed with Director the importance of getting the deficiencies corrected and staying in complaince with Fire Marshal guidelines. Director understands and has reached out to Director of Operations at the site to assist with correcting deficiencies.
