On July 24, 2025, during a follow-up visit, the Licensing Consultant noticed that the three put-on-notice (PON) letters were not present at the entrance. On July 14, 2025 at 2:58 PM, the Licensing Consultant and Field Supervisor observed two educators supervising 15 children ages 4 to 7 years old. They entered the building at 3:03 PM. In the toddler classroom, there was 1 volunteer to 7 toddlers. According to the regulations, the ratio for children aged 1-2 years should be 1:6 (1 educator to 6 children) and the educator must be qualified.
