OBSERVATION: On 8/1/25, during a visit, I noticed one teacher returning to room 152 from the hallway. The Director was present with me. The room had 12 children, ages: one year. One teacher was in the room while the children were eating. Classroom was out of ratio. — Visit: Complaint Investigation — Action taken: The teacher was reminded of the importance in maintianing ratios at all times. Addiitonal training will take place within the school.
