The children's hands were not washed after diapering/toileting. A wet wipe was used. Additionally, although gloves were used, the educator's hands were not washed after diapering each child. Also the changing table was not cleaned and sanitized following each diapering. A wet wipe was used to clean the changing table. The educators wiped children's noses numerous times without washing their hands. Hand sanitizer was used. Additionally two children sat on the floor eating (touching the floor while eating). Sanitary procedures were not maintained. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The agency will receive training by CCR&R and will ensure that all staff are properly trained on health and safety and proper cleaning and sanitizing.
